Emaar Hospitality Group The Emaar Hospitality Group LLC, the wholly owned subsidiary of Dubai-based global property developer Emaar Properties PJSC, manages the company’s growing roster of hospitality and leisure projects. Sofitel, a prestigious Accor brand, manages The Palace, The Old Town, a 242-room hotel located at The Old Town Island in Burj Dubai.
