We are currently looking for an experienced Night Manager who will be responsible to manage and coordinate all aspects of the Front Office functions of night duty including financial results, and quality and service standards.
The main duties for the role will include but not be limited to the following:
To ensure a smooth and efficient running of the hotel operation in the night especially the front office department
Handle and resolve guest complaints
Assist in maintaining and / or develop agreed standards consistently within the Front Office department
To assist in maintaining and/or develop agreed operating procedures involved in the Front Office and to ensure that front office colleagues adhere to the correct procedures as laid down in the operating manuals
Maintain very close relations with all VIP guests Produce and update the daily reports
Keep a record of all significant events and hand them over to the next shift (incidents, follow ups, room moves, guests’ feedback, guest requests, billing instruction, late check outs, special requests, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field
Must be fluent in English and Arabic
Two Years in a similar position in a Five Star Hotel
