Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and the Assistant Beverage Manager, in order to ensure that bar operates efficiently, meeting quality requirements and standards.
* Managing the financial aspects of the bar operation, including operating the bar within the budget requirements and the successful identification of expense reduction through cost control.
* Monitor the bar staff and provide a high degree of "Floor presence" to ensure procedures and services are performed in accordance with Royal Caribbean International's Gold Anchor Standards.
* Train and monitor all levels of bartenders, services and utility positions for proper skill and service.
* Continuously monitor USPH procedures for sanitation and cleanliness.
Hiring Requirements:
* Minimum of five years beverage-related experience (shipboard experience preferred), or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
* Completion of high school or basic education equivalency required.
* Be able to speak, read, and write English
* All International applicants must have the ability to obtain a C1D Visa
* Applicants must be able to accommodate a 4 months on / 2 months off contract schedule
* Meet physical requirements including lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
