Write the guest order on the room service order record book as per standards
Ensure to possess knowledge of all items on menu and upsell.To indicate any special instruction regarding the food ordered by the guest.
Maintain mise-en-place level at working station and pantry for smooth operation.
Ensure to inform Assistant Manager Food & Beverage / Supervisor about any specific requests, comments or complaints made by the Guest.
Ensure to repeat the items ordered by the guest to avoid any errors.
Handle additional responsibilities as and when delegated by Management.
