I am looking for a high end young dynamic Restaurant Manager for a Fine Dining Italian Restaurant for the best 5* Hotel & Resort Chain in India, New Delhi ( international Chain).
She/HE can be an Italian national or any other European Nationality or American (preferable & Italian speaking wood be good but not a must ) .
Please find the attributes we will look for:
1. She/ He should be in her late twenties or early thirties.
2. Should have at least three years of experience in running a fine dining
Italian Restaurant (preferably in a five star environment)
3. Should have good knowledge of Italian culture, cuisine and wines
4. Should be able to double up as a Sommelier (if need be)
5. Should have a charming, warm and a pleasing personality
6. Should be able to speak Italian and English as communicating with guests
is vital. Knowledge of other languages will be advantage
7. Should have good PR skills
8. Should be flexible and customer oriented
9. Should be a good team player
10. The role will require to train team members
