Outlet Sous/ Head Chef /beach and brasserie, needed for a 5* Resort Malaysia with excellent background.
This is a substantial operation with 4 Restaurants , 24 h RS / + Lounge /Bars

Requirements:

Culinary Profile based on fusion and European Cooking style techniques

Passionate Food and beverage person who is adaptable to different circumstances…. A good leader who understands both Asian and European kitchens and cuisines.
training, food perfection and delivery, succession planning and innovative and ever changing cuisine

Languages: English, plus one other. Japanese, Russian, French, Italian, Korean & German ......

The ideal candidate need be single or is traveling alone , in hid mid 25-45

Nationalities Preferred: ______no preference
