• Organizes and supervises all outlets activities and Sarpino’s that includes initial franchisee contact, location research, franchise sales, franchise relationship management, franchise opening team participation, branch evaluations, and franchise build-out.
• Assists the F &B Manager in managing the operation while marketing all F & B outlets & Banquets to ensure that the budgeted revenue is achieved whilst ensuring 100% guest satisfaction at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sarpino’s Franchise Operations
• Respond to franchise inquiries
• Create franchise expansion marketing plan
• Establish Job Descriptions, Sop’s and modify the Policy & Procedures to suit the local and regional working conditions
• Establish a systematic road map in opening a new store/business
• Lead franchise sales visits
• Prepare any franchise sales-related information
• Be primary contact for franchise sales process
• Lead research initiatives under guidance of General Manager
• Assist in area market studies as necessary
• Conduct branch evaluations on a monthly basis
• Participate in opening team as a trainer for franchise openings as necessary
• Be a direct liaison for current franchise outlets
• Facilitate franchise-related concerns, inventory distribution, and royalty collections
• Be responsible for the finding and opening of new franchise locations each year on a target basis
• Follow all Sarpino’s guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Be an example to other staff by adhering to General Manager’s guidance and working as a strong team player
• Ensures that all guests’ complaints and concerns are attended to in a timely and effective manner.
Sales and Marketing
• Review and realign the Marketing Plan & Marketing Budget.
• Suggests the F & B strategy to achieve the budgeted revenue
• Plans the marketing activities in conjunction with Director Sales & Marketing and F&B Manager to be in line with the hotel’s strategy
• Informs staff of menus and prices
• Assists in promotional plan, implementing successful and creative events.
• Review / suggest & implements staff sales incentive programs ensuring staff meet their sales targets.
• Utilizes guest history program. Creates pool of regular guest for outlets.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing to ensure adequate media coverage
• Read and monitor events that can create and are newsworthy and forward the press releases to PR/Media
• Involve in creating promotional materials from internal & external resources
