5* Resort in Eastern Saudi Arabia requires a Human Resource Manager
Due to Visa issues only Saudi or Lebanese national can be considered
Provides department managers with resources that facilitate Human Resources Management. Manages human resources data for the hotel and tracks the effectiveness of all systems and programs. Advises General Manager on strategic issues related to Human Resources.
The ideal candidate will bring the following attributes to the job:
1. Minimum 3 years previous 5* Hotel / Resort experience in similar position
2. Above average understanding / knowledge of industry’s HR functions
3. Used to working in a Multi-Cultural environment.
4. Demonstrated excellent People Management
5. Previous GCC/Middle East experience a definite advantage
6. Knowledge of KSA Labour Laws a must
7. Demonstrated excellent interviewing and counselling skills
8. Knowledgeable of hotel finances, productivity measures and compensation
Qualifications:
1. Fluent in Arabic and English, excellent communicator
2. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a related major
3. Good presentation skills, diplomatic, Mentor
4. Understands Training, participate in the preparation of Training Programs
5. Able to cultivate excellent relations with Government Authorities
