Experience / Hospitality Industry Background:
Minimum 5 - 7 years experience in international Resort/Hotel in similar postion.
Qualifications:
Hotel Management Diploma or equivalent
College/University degree (degree from a recognized university
Skills, Abilities and Knowledge:
Enjoys an extensive professional network within the hospitality both regionally and internationally.
Has personal integrity, manages time well, highly visible in areas of responsibility
Understands how to manage in a culturally diverse work environment
Ability to lead and exercise strong leadership in F&B dept Good communication skills

Demonstrates leadership by example
Manages group or interpersonal conflict situations effectively
