Experience / Industry Background:
Minimum 2+ years experience in International Resort/ Hotel Sales & Marketing team as Sales Executive
Preferbly Experienced in an integrated Semi-Private Resort & Country Club with both membership and public access Resort.
Qualifications:
Hotel Management Diploma or equivalent
College/University degree (degree from a recognized university majoring in either Marketing Business Administration or Economics will be an advantage) or equivalent.
Skills, Abilities and Knowledge:
Enjoys an extensive professional network within the hospitality, resort and MICE industry both regionally and internationally.
Has personal integrity, manages time well, highly visible in areas of responsibility
Understands how to manage in a culturally diverse work environment
Good understanding of revenue management practices
Demonstrated ability in strategic sales and marketing planning
Ability to lead and exercise strong leadership in sales
Good communication skills
Ability to train and coach
Creative approach in developing new products
Uses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up
Demonstrates leadership by example
Manages group or interpersonal conflict situations effectively
Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well organized manner
Know how and when to impose deadlines and delegate tasks
