Looking for a dynamic Sales person to join Bin Zayed Group’s Hotel Division team, responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility.

Duties & Responsibilities

Must implement and execute all sales action plans and will include key responsibilities such as:

- Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of accounts managerial and departmental executives for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity
- Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set
- Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices with customers for transient and business
- Promote and produce sales leads for company within its respective areas
- Leading a sales team and ensure effective results
- Reporting to the ‘Director of operations’ of our Hotel Division.
- Identification of potential new accounts and assuring the corresponding sales activities to win these customers
- Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail in its market
- Development of relationships and partnership with key accounts, prospect account and other accounts in the determined territory
- Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up selling opportunities whenever possible
- Generate leads for the hotel, monitoring the offers and be actively involved in the follow up
- Ensuring accurate observation of the market and competitors

- You are having a track record in exceeding targets with the ability to identify, implement and execute sales strategies and account plans
- Understanding of the importance of the sophisticated communication (written & verbal) skills
- Motivation, commitment and enthusiasm, seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge
- A high level of professionalism in dealing with customers, face to face and on the telephone and ready to take calculated risks
- Ability to manage multiple projects, positively meet and work effectively under time and resource constraints.

Education & Skills

- You are holding a degree in sales & marketing and minimum 2-4 years relevant work experiences, ideally within the hotel industry.
- You are computer literate with excellent presentation skills
- Fluency in English, verbal and writing skills (Arabic is Advantage)
- Must have a valid Driving License.
