Position: Head Chef
Location: UAE
Gross Salary: AED 11,000 – 12,000
Criteria and Key Responsibilities:
• Culinary Graduate or Diploma – Hotel Management or equivalent education and atleast 5 + years in Hospital Catering preferably in UAE/Middle East.
• Potential candidate needs to be familiar with basic cooking skill with regard to Arabic cuisine and understand menu planning and standard recipes along with food costing guidelines.
• He or she should have experience in creating occasionally modern/creative Arabic cuisine
