Position: Head Butcher
Location: UAE - off shore
Gross Salary: AED 4000.
Job Rotation: 5 days working and 1 paid day off
Criteria and Key Responsibilities:
• Basic School education or equivalent education and atleast 3 + years of similar experience in Catering/Restaurants/Hotels preferably in UAE/Middle East.
• To plan, coordinate & execute the responsibilities of the butchery section to ensure the provision of desired cuts of meats to the various sections of the Kitchen.
