A 4 * & 5* Apartment Hotel in Dubai is looking for an European Executive Housekeeper.
The ideal candidate requires a minimum of 3 years housekeeping management experience in similar role and have a strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling, strong oral and written communication skills, ability to train and develop team members as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
The candidate will oversee the operational of Laundry and Housekeeping department. Evaluate change in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set, and to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary.
He/she has to manage the budget according to occupancy and forecasting. Anticipate and address guest issues and establish proactive processes to promote guest satisfaction. Competitive package will be offered to suitable candidate.
Executive House Keeper with the following background:
Nationality : European national
Age : Between 35 and 45

Salary : $4600 Gross per month - Inclusive of Accommodation etc.

Experience : International Hotel chain experience at management level (3 years) GCC experience a must, 4/5 Star hotel and Deluxe Serviced Apartments experience
