Overall proven track record of Bar management for a period of minimum 2 years.

Why was this Position created?
As we are expanding and adding to our FB portfolio which would require the expertise of a beverage Manager/ Sommelier to assist in expanding our beverage saleas as well as imparting knowledge to the staff.
What would you like this individual to focus or concentrate on?
Bar operations, Mixologist, dealing with wine suppliers, Inventory, Controls, Minimizing costs, Customer relations, Ordering, Liaising with accounts and the cost control, Stock taking, Upselling, Introducing beverage promotions, Quality focused, Focused on Training and development of staff .
Other Pertinent Skills and Qualifications required:
Fluency in English, other languages beneficial;
MS applications, Opera and MICROS, MC skilled, Inventory and stock management and control.
The position offers a competitive compensation package of $ 1000 - $ 1500 plus usual expat benefits like housing, Medical, paid vacation, tickets, etc.
