Search for ITALIAN CHEF
A high end international 5* Hotel & Resort ( & Convention Center) in Doha , Qatar
has a unique opening for a creative, energetic, young and well balanced Italian Chef to take over the high end Italian Restaurant.
The ideal candidate should bring with him experience from a very busy Italian Restaurant operation within 4 or 5 star Hotel’s.
The Chef need to be creative and have a passion for food and the hospitality industry.
Have a proven track record of classical and current trend’s of Italian cuisine with a approach to modern presentation.
This position reports directly to the Executive Chef and carries the following responsibilities amongst others:
Plans and organizes efficiently the work schedule to the most productive manner.
Develops and trains a team of 7.
Implement recipes and creative ideas to stimulate the business – ongoing concept development.
Manages the kitchen ensuring proper food quality and preparation.
Comply with all statutory and internal requirements in matter of hygiene and food safety
Position open to Italian Nationals.
Start Date - ASAP
