Italian Restaurant Manager
5 Star Luxury Hotel is looking for an experienced Italian Restaurant Manager to join the pre-opening F&B team.
You will be responsible for the flagship outlet of the hotel and therefore you should have gained experience from a reputable restaurant ideally a Michelin star one. You will be a natural host and extremely well groomed. Your knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines will be exemplary as well as your understanding of marketing strategies to increase revenue opportunities.
We are looking for an Italian national. Fluency in English is essential and experience within a luxury 5* environment a must. Experience in the Middle East would be beneficial, although is not essential.
