Executive Chef for the main kitchen (CPU – Central Production Unit)
Minimum 5 years in the same
position from a reputable establishment, the candidate will be responsible for the CPU
serving 5 restaurants and party catering events. The volume is approximately 25,000
cover per month.
The target employee will put systems in place ensuring their execution, while
managing the hygiene and quality standards making sure his/her staff are receiving the
proper required training.
He/ she also has to maintain food cost and quality. Preferable hotels background.

Strong leadership and functional skills are a must.
Candidate needs to be aware that he/she will
be required to put new systems in place and that the current ones are almost void.
