To support the Spa Management Team in Cairo we are looking for an ambitious and well experienced
Spa and Health Club Manager (f/m)
for a 5* Hotel in Cairo
Duties & responsibilities:
• Responsibility to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to the customers
• Leading and supervising of the Spa and Health Club team
• Prepare and work with budgets
• Being responsible to guarantee professional massage therapy, body treatments, facials and all aesthetic services to our clients
• Perform duties in a professional manner to the full satisfaction of the guests
• Observe high standards of hygiene
Qualifications:
• More than 5 years experience in Spa and Health Club management
• Having the ability to deal with different cultures and religions
• Strong skills in team leadership and team training
• Successful educational background in management
• Strong focus on revenue and service
• Education as estheticion and therapist
• A strong ability to form relationship with guests and members
• Having an excellent attention to details
• Fluency in English and Arabic
