Director HR/ Maldives
• Experience in a similar role with an international hotel group
• Remote/island living – ideally.
• Exposure to working with a multi-national work force
• Work force planning/change management
• IR
• Management and facilitation of Talent Development training/activities
• Performance Management /Succession Planning
• Ability to work in an environment when you’re never really ‘off duty’
• Management of team accommodation – 500 pax
Overall responsible for a small HR team consisting of 6 including Island Doctor.
