A 5* International flagged property in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is in need of a highly qualified Executive Chef
( 320 rooms, 3 restaurants, banqueting and outside catering)
The ideal candidate due to visa restrictions MUST be European (Swiss, French or German preferred), between 30 – 40 years old and MUST Executive Chef for a number of years.Solid Culinary management background including 5* European experience
Stable employment history
Understanding of working with a multi-cultural workforce Responsible for all kitchen operations
Vision to take the lead with new concepts and innovations to keep the outlets in the number one spot they deserve. Excellent communication skills in English,
Compensation is based on experience plus generous benefits.
