Position: Executive Head Chef
Location: Das Island (off Shore)
Gross Salary: AED 10,000 per month
Benefits: Food and Accommodation provided
Job Rotation: 35 days working and 28 paid days off
Criteria and Key Responsibilities:
• Diploma or Culinary degree - Hotel management or qualified to Hotel & Catering International Management Association or equivalent education.
• Total experience of 10 + years and 3 years experience as a head chef handling large scale catering environment or five star hotels.
• Knowledge of Arabic, Continental Asian far eastern and pastry /bakery cuisines.
• Must have experience of menu planning and standard recipes along with food costing guidelines.
• Should have certification in advanced Food Hygiene and HACCP principles and practices.
• Should have experience in creating occasionally modern/creative Arabic cuisine.
• Able to communicate in English and Arabic.
