Position: Butcher
Location: UAE - off shore
Gross Salary: AED 2,000 per month
Benefits: Food and Accommodation provided
Job Rotation: 90 days working and 30 paid day off
Criteria and Key Responsibilities:
• Basic School education or equivalent education.
• Total experience of 8 + years similar experience handling industrial catering or five star hotel restaurants.
• Knowledge in the preparation of raw meat, fish and other items in a professional manner as per the dishes style and marinations.
• Should have experience in handling of meat and its required temperature and to arrange for avoiding cross contamination.
• Should have certification in Food Hygiene, HACCP principles and practices.
