Position: Assistant Pastry Chef
Location: Das Island (off Shore)
Gross Salary: AED 2,000 per month
Benefits: Food and Accommodation provided
Job Rotation: 90 days working and 30 paid days off
Criteria and Key Responsibilities:
• Diploma or Culinary degree - Hotel management or qualified to Hotel & Catering International Management Association or equivalent education.
• Total experience 6 years similar experience in catering or five star hotel restaurants.
• Must have experience in the produce of all international and Arabic sweets, pastries and bread products.
• Must to be ability to operate equipment of the bakery department of the kitchen.
• Possess Basic certificate in Food Hygiene.
