Position: Garde Manager
Location: Das Island (off Shore)
Gross Salary: AED 3,500 per month
Benefits: Food and Accommodation provided
Job Rotation: 90 days working and 30 paid days off
Criteria and Key Responsibilities:
• Diploma or Culinary degree - Hotel management or qualified to Hotel & Catering International Management Association or equivalent education.
• Total experience of 3 years similar experience handling large scale catering environment or five star hotels.
• Knowledge of cold preparation of salads, artistic food displays, deserts, sandwiches, etc.
• Possess Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
