Position: Chief Steward
Location: Das Island (off Shore)
Gross Salary: AED 4,500 per month
Benefits: Food and Accommodation provided
Job Rotation: 60 days working and 30 paid days off
Criteria and Key Responsibilities:
• Diploma or Culinary degree - Hotel management or qualified to Hotel & Catering International Management Association or equivalent education.
• Total experience of 6 + years and 2 years experience as a Chief Steward handling large catering establishments.
• Must have experience of cleaning procedures for industrial catering facilities.
• Must have knowledge of all cleaning agents and equipments.
• Should have certification in Food Hygiene, HACCP principles and practices.
• Able to communicate in English, Hindi, Urdu and Arabic.
