looking for a Financial Controller
• Responsible for financial control procedure in accordance with the Uniform Systems of Accounts (10th Edition) and within the limits of the policies and procedures established by the Head Office and Hotel Policies.
• Must be able to show strong cost control and as guided by the Hotel Policies.
• Budget and forecast preparation.
• Preparation of reports and forecast on results and communication with the hotel management and corporate office.
• Analyzing financial and Management reports. Implements and reviews financial controls and policies.
• Responsible for containing balance sheet exposures and risk assessment.
• Assisting management in major business and acquisition projects with respect to financial planning, risk assessment, contract reviews, tax issues and financing matters.
• Treasury function including company funding, cash flow management and cash pooling.
• Responsible for coordination with external auditors for annual company audits.
• In charge of monitoring, implementing, enhancing and evaluating hotel\'s accounting system and practices in compliance with current auditing rules and standards.
• In charge of accounting team.
• The candidate is preferable to be Jordanian.
