We are looking for a Teppanyaki Chef for a international 5* Luxury Hotel & Resort in Mumbai / India per details below:
Personal brief:
• He should be in the age Group of 25 to 35 years.
• Single. If married should travel single
• He need not be conversant in English
• We require the candidate from good International Hotels of repute or exceptional standalone Restaurants
• He could be any of the Far East countries and should have worked in middle east, Singapore, China, Hong Kong or any such country
• 6 days a work week
Job Profile:
• He should possess exceptional showmanship as the Teppan tables would be the highlight of the restaurant.
• He should be familiar with all Teppan preparations involving Rice, Noodles, fish, meats and few deserts
• He will be working at the award winning pan Asian restaurant serving Chinese, Japanese, Malay, Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese specialties
• The Restaurant has a show kitchen with fish tank.
• Teppan table located in the prime area of the Restaurant
• Timings: Lunch – 12:30 pm to 2:45 pm
Dinner - 7:30 pm to 11:45 pm
Salary and benefits:
1. Salary USD 2200 to 2600 per month, however for a good candidate the salary is negotiable.
2. Accommodation in the hotel with “in residence” benefits
3. Medical insurance
4. 30 days annual leave and economy class air ticket for leave
5. Re-location expenses
