Housekeeping Female Manager/ Director
Versatile Housekeeping Female Manager/ Director for a small 5* resort in Doha / Qatar .
Requirements:
• • Must have 5 years experience as HK Manager or asst HK Manager , coordinating diverse outlets.
• Must have minimum of 3 years in various 5-star rated international properties.
when you are asst. Executive HK or asst . HKM that is your chance into you firt HOD Position
• Must have multi cultural experiences, exposed to a variety of different countries and working conditions with a variety of different values.
• Boutique or small luxury Hotel experience would also be advantageous.
• Must have a good sense of diplomatic leadership of a multinational crew serving a multinational clientele.
• Must have a very good knowledge of establishing Policies and Procedures, Standard Operating Manuals, and evaluating Department Head’s performance.
• Hotel opening experience is a plus .
• Must have carried financial responsibility.
• Must be able to succession plan to ensure department continuity and standards
