Position: Head Cook
Location: UAE
Gross Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month.

Criteria and Key Responsibilities:
• Culinary Graduate or Diploma – Hotel Management or equivalent education and 5 + years of similar experience in catering /Restaurants/Hotels.
• Potential candidate needs to be familiar with basic cooking skill with regard to Arabic cuisine and understand menu planning and standard recipes along with food costing guidelines.
• He or she should have experience in creating occasionally modern/creative Arabic cuisine
