Human Resource Manager, Doha, Qatar
Human Resource Manager for a midsize 4* International flagged hotel in Doha, Qatar.
Due to visa issues preference will be given to Philippino, Indian and/or Sri Lankan Nationals
Minimum Qualification:
At least 8 years in the Human Resources role, 3 years of which as Assistant HR Manager
Candidates who used to be Training Managers / Officers will receive favorable consideration
Previous experience in GCC countries and understanding of local Labor Laws is required
Excellent communication skills in English are a must have requirement
Knowledgeable with all HR functions and proven leadership skills to handle a team of 6.
Solid background in measuring KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR (KPI) and BALANCED SCORECARD (BSC) is preferred
Creative, innovative and can drive associate welfare programs to promote work-life balance and monthly associate activities.
Starting Date to be expected in early January 2012
For the right candidate the following compensation is on offer;
Visa Status: Single only, Starting Basic: QR 6,000 to 6,500, Mobile Allowance: QR 365/month
Uniform/Office Suit laundry service, Duty Meal: Restaurant all-day dining, Housing: 1-bedroom flat (fully furnished), Flight Ticket: provided every 12 months, Private Medical Insurance
Annual Leave: 30 days, Gratuity: 21 days per year
