Job Description:-
The bartender is responsible for the following tasks:
• To maintain outstanding knowledge of cocktails, beverage and wines
• Display excellent attention to detail & consistency
• Anticipate guest needs & expectations at all times
• Report any guest complaints and suggestions to the Outlet Manager on duty.
• Ensuring that adequate stocks of beverage are requisitioned on time.
• Maintain the mis en place of clean equipment, condiments, tray cloths, cocktail napkins, etc as per the standard operating procedure
