As a Refresh Talent ( Housekeeping ) , you are to ensure that each guest is welcomed into our "home" as if it was theirs.
You will be responsible for:
1. Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms as assigned.
2. Liaising with all other temas ( Frontdesk, Engineering, Security, etc.) to resolve guest issues.
This job description is not restricted to responsibilities in the department as assigned above. You may be asked to work in alternate teams as required by the business.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Must be able to understand, read and write in English as the primary language used in the workplace.
Physical Demands:
1. As temperature is moderate and controlled by hotel environment systems, however, ideal candidate must be able to work in extreme temperatures during Summer season ( 40-55 C).
2. Must be able to push and pull 25 pounds trolley in a daily basis, stand and perform tasks in a reasonable pace.
Qualification Standards:
Education:
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
1. Preferably with at least (1) year experience within hospitality industry.
