Restaurant Manager to handle 2 restaurants in Cairo, for a 5* international chain.
*Age to be between 35 – 40. Salary will be commensurate with experience and quality of the candidate.... Must be Egyptian.
Responsibilities:
• To ensure that the customer promise is delivered and that customers are satisfied within the
framework of financial targets set.
• To ensure that guests receive high quality service
• To ensure that the applicable regulations are complied with
• To be responsible for his own results to optimize the supply and the use made of raw
materials

sectors and managing big teams of at least 90 staff
