The right candidate will have at least 5 years in the hotel industry and shown progression through the career ladder of sales. As well as an expert in sales, you need to show excellent people leadership skills; you should be able to train and develop your rapidly expanding team, be able to take charge of the department in the absence of the DOSM. You must be fluent in all aspects of Opera, budgeting and forecasting. You will know that life is not 9 to 5, and you will be expected to lots of entertainment of your key clients.
