We are looking to recruit an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. The overall responsibility is the creation and maintenance of a Menu, which is adapted to the needs of the guests and will lead to guest satisfaction.
He/she will be responsible for:
A kitchen brigade of 45 plus multinational cooks.
Recruitment and training of the kitchen staff
Close cooperation with the restaurant responsible to ensure a smooth and efficient service for the guests
In charge for odering and purchasing all food items, Menu Costing and Kitchen profitability.
The following areas are under his Supervision: Main Kitchen, Banqueting, Cucina Italian, Luna A la Carte and Choco, along with outside catering.
Member of the Management team of the hotel
Requirements
The Executive Chef should have international experience in the same position. Additionally he she should :

be a hands on Chef and be able to motivate the team.
