We are currently looking for: Sales Executive who will be responsible for gaining new accounts while maintaining established accounts under the guidance and supervision of Sales Manager and the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Main responsibilities:
. Implement all sales action plans related to his/her market area as outlined in the Marketing Plan.
. Promotes and produces sales leads for the hotel.
. Provide feedback to the Director of Sales & Marketing/Director of Sales/Sales Managers on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail, in his/her market areas.
. Arrange sites inspections of hotel.
. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established hotel policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
. Maintain professional business confidentiality.
. Keep ahead of industry trends and be aware of the premier external competitors in the market.
. Undertake all the necessary tasks with the end goal in mind which is succeeding the budgeted figures for the hotel and maximising all revenue streams.
. Conduct a minimum of five sales calls on a daily basis.
. Establish new client contacts in their respective segments. Also have a creative approach to contracting and developing new business
. Develop relationships with key regular guests from selected companies to ensure that their new expectations are met.
. Conduct continuous research on potential accounts in the appropriate market segment.
Ideal candidate will have the following:
. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
. A minimum of 1 years experience as Sales Executive.
. A good understanding of the corporate and government market.
. A valid U.A.E. drivers license
. The ability to travel and work flexible hours and days.
. The knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Outlook.
. Preferably Abu Dhabi Market Experience.
