1) Meeting , greeting and seating customers.
2) Answering phone, relay messages and taking reservations.
3) Confirm reservations and relay bookings to Captain or GM.
4)Assist in group bookings.
5)Assist customers in any help or information needed.
6)Having sole responsibilaty for the cash register, concerning all bills and payouts
7)To be accountable for any discrepancies.
8)Checking the float on arrival at start of shift and cashing up at the end.
9)Report immediately to management, should there be any discrepancies or mistakes.
10)Actively promote the restaurant in accordance with company strategy.
11) Sourcing potential clients
12) Build up a customer data base.
13)Be at all times presentable, conducting yourself in a professional manner as to be an ambassador for The Gramercy.
14) Any other duty that may be required to do from mangement.
