Client is a well-established entity in the hospitality/tourism sector in Ghana. It has been in business for almost 20 years and is involved in the development and operation of hospitality, entertainment and tourist facilities. They currently seek an experienced hotelier to manage the F & B department of their boutique hotel as well as deputize for the General Manager.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the operation of all food and beverage outlets and services on this property. He/she will be responsible for ensuring that the department achieves the revenue and cost targets and assist with the day-to-day running of the hotel. this will include, but will not be limited to:
Ensuring smooth operation of the F & B service outlets and high quality food and beverage standards;
Facilitate human resource development in the the Department through skills development training;
Promote and participate in the maximisation of departmental profitability; and
Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service provision.
The candidate most suited to this role will possess a degree or professional certificate in addition to at least 7 years relevant work experience. He/she must have a strong F & B background, practical hospiitality experience, be knowledgeable in management functions and have the ability to communicate with all level of personnel and guests.
