5. Maintains professional attention and prompt response towards guests inquiry and needs while in the restaurants
6. Answers telephone calls according to the hotel standard and take guests rooms orders
7. Regular tours at the pool site to offer guests refreshments etc.
8. Provides foods and drinks in their rooms for their orders according to SOP
9. Helps in preparing some menu items whenever required as trained and according to approved recipe
10. Maintains high level of hygiene in the restaurants according to SOP
11. Maintains the knowledge of products and menus
12. Handles guests complains according to his/her job responsibilities limits or passes to high managerial level
