We are looking for Chef De cuisine
Sous Chef Mediterranean and European cuisine
who should have a very good knowladge of French / Austrian and European Cuisines to handle a European Restaurant.
Male or female between 28 – 45 years old
- Very familiar with Mediterranean and European cuisine
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as head chef at medium sized restaurant
- Ability to set up menus and manage kitchen staff
- Friendly personality, flexible and approachable

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years experience in four or five star Hotel.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Able to work with Team Members with diverse cultural background
