The Club Mina Beach Club is a trendy upmarket Members Club situated within the Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina. Club Mina is home to the follow facilities: * 500 meter private beach * Fully equipped Gymnasium (Club Mina) 6am to 10pm * Fitness Studio/ Group fitness * Male & Female change rooms with Steam room, Sauna and Plunge Pool * Beach Volleyball Courts * 4 Adults Swimming Pools * 2 Children’s Swimming Pools * Penguin Club/ kids club (4 – 12 years old) * 4 Tennis Courts * Water sport centre
Job Description
* To check and clean the swimming pools, furniture and pool and beach area on a daily basis. To make sure that it is safe, clean and fit for guests use. * To make sure that the towel procedure is followed and that that all guests entering the beach club are members, hotel guests, or legitimate entries. * To assist the guests and members with the towels, umbrellas and sun lounges. * Give immediate First Aid in the even of an injury or trauma * To be fully aware of the fire emergency evacuation plan and health and safety regulations. * To ensure that all accidents, incidents and hazards are reported immediately. * To ensure that all equipment and furniture is clean and well maintained and that any hazards are repaired or removed form the operation. * Be fully conversant with the emergency procedures and your responsibilities in the event of any emergency. * Promote a professional image and give full co-operation to all clients with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude * To comply with all hotel rules and regulations as outlined in the handbook and to be aware of company disciplinary and grievance procedures. * Maintain professional confidentiality and never disclose any information relating to the Hotel / Club’s internal affairs. * Meet all legal requirements under U.A.E law and company policy * To comply with statutory & legal requirements for fire, health & safety and employment. * To give full co-operation to any colleague requiring assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner and to be flexible in assisting around the Hotel in response to business and clients needs. * To assist in the delivery of departmental service standards. * Any other duties as and whom requested by the assistant recreation manager & recreation manager
Requirements
We are looking for a well experienced Pool & Beach Attendant: * Excellent communication skills and good command of English language * Good interpersonal skills * Team player and guest focused * Pleasant personality and fit appearance * Outdoor work and fit to work in shifts basis * Swimming skills - advantage * Multiple language ability, an advantage * Previous experience as a pool & beach attendant is an advantage * High School certificate required
