Director of Food & Beverage required for a high Volume Resort & Convention Hotel / Towers (with Multi Cuisine’s F&B outlets) in Qatar 5* international hotel
The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Hotel Management University Graduate preferred.
Preference will be given to American/European and Lebanese candidates.
Experience required:
• ADDITIONAL LANGUAGES HELPFUL
• EUROPEAN BACKGROUND
• PREVIOUS F&B EXPERIENCE AS DIRECTOR OR ASSISTANT
• ARABIC SPEAKER HELPFUL BUT NOT NECESSARY
Salary may be negotiable and commensurate with the experience (family expat package)
The Director of Food & Beverage job description is as follows:
Direct and organize the Food & Beverage function within the hotel in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and merchandising to maximize profits. Participate in total hotel management as a member of the hotel Executive Committee.
