Director of Sales need for a 5*star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai\'s business center (ca. 140 rooms + suites) member of \"The Leading Hotels of the World\"
The ideal candidate will work under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Business Development and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, oversees day to day sales efforts of Senior Sales Managers and Sales Executives, with specific responsibilities for directing sales, training, and implementing action plans set forth in the organizations sales strategy. The main focus of this role is to cultivate clientele in the GCC market
• The candidate should have a strong knowledge of the GCC market, and an
in-depth knowledge and preferably a client base in KSA
• Arabic speaking
• Strong leadership skills are required for this role
• Status of Contract: Married
• Medical: Employee, spouse and one child
• Education Allowance for one child
• Annual flight: for employee, spouse and one child
• Salary: depending on experience
• Accommodation: Two bedroom apartment provided furnished by the hotel
• Communication: all Business communication expenses covered
• Transport allowance 1,000 to 1,500
