Human Resources Manager
for a ionic luxury 5*property (International hotel chain) with over 430 rooms&suites and 6 restaurants in downtown Cairo
The ideal candidate:
- international hotel chain background
-preferably Egyptian Nationality
- reports to Director HR
- should be familiar with all aspects of the HR department
- Directs , coordinates and participates in activities of personnel engaged in such
activities as :
- wage and salary administration
- benefits administration
- labour and employee relations
- Hiring, orienting, training, developing and retaining or terminating employees.
- Advising management and department heads on all personnel matters.
- timekeeping
Salary/Package negotiable based on experience and background
