Main Purpose:
This is an operational role requiring somenone with the ability to engage from organisation of the services itself to the recruitment of staff for the area.
Key Functions:
Service planning and delivery, including financial forescasting and planning of production, menu planning
Responsible for the quality and risk programmes for the food and beverage services you oversee.
There is a large component of human resources managemnt responsibilities, focusing on leading the staff in a high standard of customer service and quality food, recruitment, orientation, rostering and performance.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in Portuguese
Minimum 3 years industry experience
At least 2 years management experience within a food and beverage role
Strong ledership and management skills
Excellent communcation skills as you will regularly communicate with staff and suppliers
Production planning and forecasting
Ability to problem solve
Menu planning and forecasting

Practised experience in leading and developing staff
Experience in food safety, OSH, quality assurance and risk management
Experience in a variety of hospitality environments would be advantageous
