Reports to: Guest Relations Manager
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Maintains highest level of guest satisfaction by answering inquiries, offering suggestions, and providing descriptive literature in carious languages pertaining to shore excursions, onboard activities, entertainment and other available guest accommodations
• Welcomes non-English guests, serves as a translator when needed in any department, translates documents and announcements, and arranges for a variety of invitations, reports, and letters to be prepared in various languages
• Works closely with Documentation Officer in regards to Customs and Immigration during processes of embarkation and debarkation, as well as conducting presentations regarding procedures during these processes
• Responsible for attending meetings and training in accordance with guest relations and related departments
• Ensures Celebrity’s STAR service philosophy is followed at all times to deliver the ultimate guest experience
Hiring Requirements:
• Excellent customer service multilingual skills to interact with guests in a considerate and professional manner
• Ability to accommodate a 6 months on / 2 months off contract schedule for this onboard position.
• Bachelors degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field
• Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and ability to navigate within a variety of desktop publishing software packages
• Must meet all physical requirements, including ability to participate in life-saving drills and other safety related requirements.
• Ability to read, write and speak English, Spanish, Italian German and French clearly and distinctly
• All international applicants must have the ability to obtain a C1/D1 visa (and other relevant visas) when applicable.
