Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Achieve revenue and ratings targets.
* Sign up guests for internet minutes, packages, technology courses and private lessons.
* Conduct all technology lectures and courses including, but not limited to the Internet, email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Ipods.
*Oversee all retail components of iLounge, including (but not limited to) inventory management, par levels, sales, and promotions.
* Assist guests in the iLounge during the established hours.
* Adapt marketing promotions for specific cruise itinerary to maximize guest flow in the internet café and participation in the technology enrichment program.
* Assist guests with any questions or concerns on the Celebrity Online program.
* Manage and resolve any guest disputes on seapass charges.
Job requirements:
* Very strong knowledge of Apple and Microsoft products and applications such as Word and Excel, internet, email, iPods, MacBooks, iLife, and Snow Leopard Operating System.
* 3-5 Years of technology and/or teaching experience highly preferred.
* 1-4 years of retail/sales experience, preferably technology related.
* Bachelor's Degree in Technology or Business Administration highly preferred.
* Experience in teaching technology related courses in applications such as Microsoft Office, Adobe products, and iPods.
* Ability to learn, understand and then teach new technology applications if required.
* Must have exceptional interpersonal skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to market and promote the iLounge offerings.
* Ability to physically participate and effectively contribute in safety and emergency life-saving drills.
