Arabian Courtyard paid homage to UAE National Day by hosting paintings of seven local artists

Dubai, UAE (December 9, 2010): Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa, located in the heart of the art and cultural district of Dubai, celebrated the UAE National Day in great style by hosting an art show of seven leading local artists - Ashitha Dileep, Feroz Khan, Pari Sagar, Martina Dresler, Noopur Ahuja, Zareen Khan, and Komal Dembla. All these artists came together to pay homage and tribute to the UAE National Day through their work.

The exhibition was appropriately titled, National Pride. The unique art show that opened its doors to public on November 27 will run till mid December from 10am to 10pm daily. The artists have tried to take a fresh, lively and an aesthetic approach. The exhibition addresses various themes surrounding the history and culture of the UAE. The intricate paintings can be characterised by bold colours revealed through the realm of art.

The exhibition is dominated by everyday life and analyses individual behaviour of human in the backdrop of a complex reality. They also depict and celebrate achievements of locals. Meanwhile, the diverse and talented group of painters have worked in a variety of media, style, subject and techniques and transported their ideas in a unique way.
