Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 6th February 2012 – RIVA Ristorante, Bar and Beach, located in Building 8, The Shoreline Palm Jumeirah, will provide the perfect al fresco Valentine’s with its waterfront setting and indulgent and romantic menu from its new award winning chef.

Guest can opt to sit on the terrace or for those seeking something extra special a limited number of tables will be available on the beach right at the water’s edge. The special menu includes a host of exclusive and decadent dishes including ‘Crudo’ of red snapper with shaved fennel, blood orange, crispy shallots and truffle oil; tagliatelle with lobster, asparagus and saffron cream; mustard encrusted rack of lamb; spicy and truffled wild mushroom risotto and a trio of desserts – made especially to share.

The terrace menu is AED750 per couple and includes a fresh Bellini on arrival and the VIP beach package is AED2,000 per couple including a bottle of premium bubbly and a bouquet of a dozen roses.
